At onaia, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade pieces. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accidental breakage, or natural wear and tear.

 If you experience any issues with your piece, please contact us at info@onaia within the warranty period, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
