RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event that you find yourself less than completely content, please note the following guidelines:
Any purchases made online must be returned directly to ZENDA Inc. and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store.
We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 14 days.
All sales on customized items are final.
All purchases made during sales or with a discount code (excluding 'Insider List' and SMS welcome codes) are final sale and cannot be returned. They are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
All returns are subject to a flat $10 restocking fee.

Please make sure to include your order # on or inside the return package.
For your protection, please return item in original or comparable box and use a traceable carrier (other than UPS if coming from the US please). We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
Once received, you'll receive a refund (minus original shipping fee, if paid) on your method of payment within 5 businesses days.
All returns are subject to a flat $10 restocking fee.
